Our chess program encourages strategic thinking, problem solving, and confidence-building among women and girls. We believe that chess not only enhances cognitive skills but also promotes resilience and determination.

SHE Experience Academy

Through workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs, we equip women with leadership skills necessary for success in various spheres of life. We focus on nurturing leadership qualities, fostering public speaking abilities, and promoting effective decision making.

One of these platforms is the Girl Leader's Summit that's scheduled for every first Saturday of March.

Education Advocacy

Equal Access to Education

We support educational initiatives that ensure equal access to quality education for women and girls. Our efforts include scholarships, literacy programs, and advocacy for policies that promote gender parity in schools and universities.

Climate Action

Environmental Sustainability

Recognizing the impact of climate change on women, we engage in environmental advocacy and sustainability projects. Our initiatives focus on raising awareness, promoting eco-friendly practices, and empowering women to become environmental leaders.

Entrepreneurship

Her Relevant Skills Program

We collaborate with local communities, educational institutions, businesses, and governmental organizations to teach business skills to girls in vulnerable communities.

In areas such as Buikwe district, we've extended a hand of support to teenage mothers in ensuring the well-being of both children and mothers.

Safeguarding Awareness for Girls

Culture of Safety and Respect

The Safeguarding Awareness Program is aimed at protecting girls from abuse, exploitation, and neglect. The program educates participants on their rights, safe spaces, and reporting mechanisms.

It also equips teachers, parents, and community leaders with tools to identify and respond to safeguarding concerns. Through interactive sessions and storytelling, SHE Experience inspires girls to speak up and champion a culture of safety and respect in their schools and communities.
